1. the brief history of the structure/area as you know it
2. any deaths that may have occurred there, including names and dates
3. when you started to have experiences (including if this started happening with past owners)
4. time and days when activity is the most intense (e.g. at 3am every day or 1am on Sundays)
5. any activities, objects, or situations which trigger the activity
6. the type of anomalies you are experiencing (e.g. misty apparitions, object manipulation, cold spots, feeling of dread, etc.)
7. the city or town you live in (for our reference)
